The AXIS Staffing and RPO Division
is structured like other temporary and permanent placement agencies. We serve clients who need specialized professionals in the areas of C-level Executives, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, Medical, and more. We also serve clients who need clerical workers, call center workers, light industrial workers, etc. via RPO deals that add value and increase savings.
The Staffing and RPO Division serves the client by locating a professional worker, interviewing, and screening that worker, setting up interviews if necessary, and administering all hiring paperwork if necessary. We can take on part of all of your hiring processes.
We will act as an extension of the client’s human resource department, assuring that there is open communication between all parties, and assisting with any problem solving that may be needed.
We can structure a deal in a way that will lead to significant savings compared to your typical agency. We can provide talented professionals via temporary contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire. We can also generate further savings with an RPO deal!
